Bret Peters is a visionary leader who is celebrated for his business acumen and growth mindset. Bret served as the Chief Operating Officer for Zoomph, a rapidly growing SaaS software company creating a smarter way to measure partnerships for sports teams, agencies, and big brands across broadcast and social platforms.

During his leadership as Chief Executive Officer of ADF Solutions, Bret fostered a culture of excellence and innovation, leading a passionate team in the creation of user-friendly software for digital first responders. At ADF, Bret hosted the LEGENDS Podcast, which featured conversations with professionals dedicated to combating human trafficking and educating parents and professionals with tips and techniques to improve child safety.

Beyond his corporate role, Bret shared his wealth of knowledge as an educator, teaching Customer Strategy, Business Development, and Digital Marketing at Georgetown University CCPE as an Adjunct Professor.

Before his time at ADF, Bret played a pivotal role in the success of Fig Leaf Software, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing the marketing and sales teams. Under his leadership, Fig Leaf achieved significant milestones, including being the top Google Enterprise Reseller for 11 consecutive years and a leading HubSpot Value Added Reseller. Bret’s strategic acumen propelled Fig Leaf to the forefront of technology solutions, with notable partnerships with Google, Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

With over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Bret is a sought-after speaker and trainer on topics ranging from business strategy to social media best practices. His track record includes steering companies to prestigious accolades such as the Inc. 500|5000 fastest-growing private companies list and Money Magazine’s Retailer of the Year during his time as Regional Director of Fresh Fields Markets (later acquired by Whole Foods Markets).
