Georgetown University CCPE is a leader in continuing and professional education. In my role as a university lecturer, I teach graduate-level certificate classes including Customer Strategy and Business Development, Digital Marketing Strategy, and the Applied Digital Marketing Capstone.

Customer Strategy and Business Development

This course combines the application of in-depth customer insights with practical business development experience in sales, operations and digital marketing to help students learn to help their companies create sustainable, organic growth.

Digital Marketing Strategy

This course is designed to introduce students to core concepts in multichannel marketing in the digital environment. Strategies include email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing.

Applied Digital Marketing Capstone

This is a cumulative course for students in the Certificate in Digital Marketing program and is designed to challenge students to apply their knowledge, skills, and abilities from previous courses to complete a comprehensive case study for a real business. Students develop and present a digital marketing strategy based on client goals, research, strategic analysis, and constraints using current-state and gap analysis, measurement frameworks and CRM and Information-based marketing strategies.

Product Management Fundamentals (Product Marketing ):

Introduction to product marketing, from the initial product planning to customer and user needs analysis, to competitor analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
